Establishing good lines of communication is an important first step. We’ll meet to get your feedback on what was done to sell your home the first time and examine the process.

After viewing your home in person and learning about your expectations and requirements, we’ll start the Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) and marketing plan process.

3. CMA

We perform an in-depth analysis base on the specifics of your home vs. comparable homes. This is a professionally prepared market analysis – not an automated
report!

4. PRESENT PLAN

Based on the information we gather and the CMA, we’ll present a comprehensive plan intended to position your home to sell as quickly as possible and for the highest amount possible.
